Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said and done.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Mounteddj Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund payment for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
Reply to our answer and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
